1ST SHIFT LEAD TRAILER ASSEMBLER

The Trailer Lead is responsible for overseeing and assisting in the assembly of trailers on the production line. This

role requires hands-on assembly work, strong leadership, and coordination skills to ensure team productivity, safety,

and quality standards are consistently met. The Trailer Lead will guide assemblers, monitor workflow, and serve as the

point of contact for production updates and issue resolution.
