of our dynamic kitchen environment. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cut meats according to specified standards at our
commissary kitchen for catering unit and our other 3 restaurant locations to ensuring quality and presentation Maintain
cleanliness and organization of the butcher station and storage areas Assist in inventory management and stock rotation
