About the Role
Pallet Builder The Pallet Builder is responsible for assembling, rebuilding, and manufacturing pallets according to
production requirements and company quality standards. This role performs a variety of fast-paced, hands-on tasks using
power tools, hand tools, and production equipment to build or remanufacture pallets safely and efficiently. Success in
this position requires strong attention to detail, consistency, and the ability to work in a high-volume warehouse
environment while meeting or exceeding daily production goals. Founded in 1989 and headquartered in Dallas, Texas, PLA
is a national supply chain solutions provider offering Pallet Management Services, 3PL Services, Reverse Logistics
