Apartment Maintenance Assistant

About the Role

Description Algarita Lakeside Apartments is currently seeking a Maintenance Assistant to ensure the maintenance and

upkeep of the building and grounds through routine procedures and special work orders. Responsibilities: * Complete

maintenance work orders in a timely and professional manner * Perform apartment make-ready tasks, including repairs and

unit preparation * Diagnose and repair basic HVAC systems, furnaces, and air conditioning units * Identify and fix

plumbing issues such as leaks and minor pipe repairs * Maintain pool equipment and ensure compliance with safety

standards * Assist with general property upkeep, including preventative maintenance * Respond to emergency maintenance
