About the Role
BILINGUAL (ENGLISH/SPANISH) HOME VISIT DRIVER - HVD
The Bilingual (English/Spanish) Home Visit Driver - HVD drives a company vehicle during work hours and is responsible
for visiting patients' homes to make first contact or follow-ups, fill out applications and/or obtain collateral
information needed for case filing.
