Lead Building & Pool Maintenance Technician COM Aquatics Non-Profit Organization– Midland, TX COM Aquatics is seeking a

dependable and motivated Building & Pool Maintenance Technician to support the daily operations of our aquatic facility

in Midland, Texas. Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on facility systems, including plumbing, lighting,

HVAC, doors, and fixtures Maintain indoor and outdoor aquatic facilities, including pools, decks, locker rooms, and

mechanical rooms Test pool water, adjust chemical levels, and maintain accurate chemical and safety logs Inspect
