Building Porter
About the Role
Assist with daily porter tasks, such as service requests and jobs at communities • Respond to maintenance related issues
in a timely manner • Perform general carpentry duties such as wallboard repair, window/glass repair, door/lock repair,
painting, andexterior building repairs. • Responsible for work order systems accuracy by verifying all orders are
completed in a timely manner tocompany standards and the tenant's satisfaction. • Ensure maintenance requests are
handled as quickly, efficiently and effectively as possible and alwayscompleted within 24 hours. Inform Property Manager
and resident if work delayed due to needed parts. • Promptly communicate with the property manager concerning all
