Bus Driver CDL Trainee

About the Role

CDL Driver Trainee This position is a limited duration training position in which the incumbent is taught the knowledge

and skills necessary to become a district Bus Driver. Within 90 days of entering position, incumbent must either 1)

become qualified and be promoted to Bus Driver, or 2) be declared not qualified and employment terminated or assigned a

bus monitor position. Accredited High School Diploma or equivalent (U.S.A. equivalency) preferred At least 21 years of

age required Ability to obtain a Texas Commercial Driver's License (Class A or B) with Passenger (P) and School (S)

endorsements within 90 days of employment Must be able to drive a vehicle with Air-Brakes Type 3 driving record that
