Bus Driver
About the Role
Bus Driver Ensure safe and orderly transportation of students on assigned route. Operate school bus that transports
students and other authorized personnel to and from schools or other designated location. High School Diploma or GED
preferred Valid Texas Driver's License w/ P & S Endorsement Valid Texas Bus Driver Certification Must be 18 years of age
Pass alcohol and drug test None. Complete required bus driver safety training Follow written and verbal instructions
Communicate effectively Knowledge of student discipline procedure Manage student behavior Operate bus Follow assigned
route and adhere to established schedules. Drive bus to and from extracurricular activities. Check bus for mechanical
