About the Role

Job Title: Bus Driver Reports to: Supervisor of Transportation Dept./School: Transportation Wage/Hour Status: Nonexempt

Pay Grade: Bus Driver Pay Scale/ 190 Days/ 30 hours per week Date Revised: 07/18/2024 Primary Purpose: Ensure safe and

orderly transportation of students on assigned route. Operate school bus that transports students and other authorized

personnel to and from schools or other designated location. Qualifications: Education/Certification: * High School

Diploma or GED preferred * Valid Texas commercial driver's license (Class B), with passenger endorsement * Valid School

Bus Driver Certification Special Knowledge/Skills: * Must be 21 years of age * Ability to pass alcohol and drug test *
