About the Role
School Bus Driver Ensure safe and orderly transportation of students on assigned route; operate school bus that
transports students and other authorized personnel to and from schools or other designated locations.
Education/Certification/Licensure Valid Texas Commercial driver's license with passenger and school bus endorsement (If
you do not have the proper driver's license, please apply for Bus Driver Academy Trainee.) DPS School Bus Driver
Certification Ability to complete required bus driver safety training Ability to operate bus Possess a good driving
record Responsible for the safe transportation of students to and from school. # Observe all traffic laws and safety
