Butcher Block Supervisor The Butcher Block Supervisor oversees the service-oriented butcher block area within the meat
department, ensuring high-quality product cutting, custom service execution, and an elevated customer experience. This
role leads team members in delivering expert product knowledge, specialty cuts, and strong merchandising while
maintaining food safety and operational standards. Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily operations of the butcher
block, including cutting, trimming, grinding, and custom order fulfillment Ensure all meat products meet company
standards for quality, freshness, and presentation Execute proper rotation (FIFO), labeling, and storage of all products
