About the Role

This is a pay-for-performance car hauler position with clear productivity standards. Drivers who are safe, efficient,

organized, and motivated to keep freight moving earn very well. Pay and Benefits ~ Expected first-year driver earnings:

$85,000-$95,000 when meeting performance standards ~ Drivers with 2-4 years of service often earn $105,000-$115,000

annually based on performance ~ Performance-based safety, quality, and productivity bonuses ~ Orientation and new-hire

training pay: $1,300-$1,500 per week ~ Mileage pay: $0.75 per mile for all miles, loaded and unloaded ~ Comprehensive

benefits including medical, dental, vision, and voluntary options ~ Paid time off with annual payout option and floating
