About the Role

Dispatcher Job Description Purpose Statement Responsibilities for this position include answering customer calls,

scheduling and coordinating all service calls as calls are received, maintaining ordering system, making sure that

services are completed in a timely fashion and answering questions and giving information. This job reports to the

Manager of Dispatch Responsibilities Dispatch Answers customer calls. Enters new orders in ordering system and assigns

orders to PICC RNs. Maintains and monitors ordering system to assure that orders are completed in a timely manner.

Creates and maintains a physical log of calls received and dispatched. Communicates with clients regarding orders
