About the Role

About the Job Primary Purpose of Position: Optimize the utilization of machines, equipment, and personnel for maximum

efficiency. Responsible for programming, tooling setup, and operation of CNC milling machines to support production

machining and finishing needs. Essential Functions: Program CNC milling machines and related equipment. Perform tooling

setup and machining tasks. Provide manufacturing support and produce precision production parts. Coordinate workload to

meet production requirements and schedules. Recommend and implement machine or process improvements to increase

productivity and reduce scrap or rework. Estimate production times, staffing needs, and related costs for management
