CNC Machinist – Lead AGC Heat Transfer 35.00 – $37.00 per hour AGC Heat Transfer is seeking a Lead CNC Machinist with 3+
years of machine shop experience to support the implementation of new equipment, lead and mentor operators, and ensure
high‑quality production of precision parts. This is a hands‑on leadership role that blends technical expertise with
coaching and team development. AGC Heat Transfer is the industry leader in sanitary plate heat exchange technology. We
are expanding our national manufacturing capacity and are looking for skilled professionals who take pride in precision,
