About the Role

CNC Machinist Four levels of CNC Machinist are classified at Colt; Level I, Level II, Level III and Lead. Each

classification should have reliability and adaptability to perform the job duties described below. Ideal candidates will

have basic math skills, strong oral communications, and seek a position that provides steady employment and growth

opportunities. The CNC Machinist must be able to work in high-demand and fast paced environments. Essential Functions

and Responsibilities: Basic knowledge of operating a CNC mill or lathe Ability to read a ruler and calipers Ability to

meet on-time scheduling of products in a fast paced environment Provide assistance to other machinists when production
