maintenance experience (electrical, plumbing, carpentry) ~ Experience in building maintenance, facility management, or
construction services preferred Complete preventive and corrective maintenance per work orders Perform minor plumbing,
electrical, carpentry, painting, and HVAC tasks Conduct service inspections and maintain building systems Attend safety
