About the Role
Rate: $16.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position) Monthly renewal bonuses are paid in addition to base pay. We are
seeking a groundskeeper for two apartment communities in Waco, Texas! Our Groundskeeper is responsible for the general
upkeep of the property grounds and common areas. Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus. Picking up trash and debris
Performing any additional duties assigned by the Community Manager, Service Supervisor, and/or Assistant Community
