About the Role
Job Summary Senior Cook to prepare food, ensuring it is nutritious and properly flavored, while adhering to federal,
state, local and company standards, guidelines and regulations. Report to the Food Service Director and work at Texas
A&M University, 1600 TAMU, College Station, TX 77843. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Oversee the cooking
activities of food service associates as assigned by the Food Service Director. Prepare various entrees and menu items
following established recipes. Operate and clean equipment after each use, performing scheduled routine cleaning. Store,
label and date food items according to policy, maintaining organized storage of dry goods and refrigerated and frozen
