: Prepares, seasons, and cooks meats, vegetables, soups, and a variety of other foods. Washes and sanitizes utensils,
cooking equipment, and kitchen areas. Checks foods for correct serving temperatures. Operates standard cooking equipment
including mixing machines, steam cookers, grills, food choppers, food slicers, baking ovens, fryers, and stoves. Reads
and interprets production sheets, standardized recipes, and other written instructions. Washes, peels, and cuts
