About the Role
WELDER
The welder will weld, cut, and braze metal pieces and products by using flame-cutting and hand welding equipment.
Required to complete AWS certification 3G test using (FCAW) Flux Core Mig Welding. 1/8 to unlimited thickness.
Must be able to read blueprints using GIT tolerances and AWS weld symbols.
Must be able to operate overhead cranes using proper rigging techniques, forklifts and drill presses of all types.
Have general understanding of AWS requirements for weld sizes, multiply passes, pre-heating, inner pass temperatures,
