About the Role
Crane Operator The key responsibilities of this role include operating powered clamp equipment for the purpose of
moving, locating, relocating, stacking, and counting product. Verify load accuracy; check the load count, stability, and
product damage, report variances as necessary. Shift: 1st Shift Shift Schedule: Regular nonpeak hrs. 7:00AM-3:30PM /
Peak Season Hrs. 5:00AM - 3:30PM Pay: $23.25 an hr. Additional Incentives: All full-time employees are eligible to
qualify for monthly attendance bonuses. Role Purpose: Responsible for assigning work schedules, training associates and
monitoring associate progress for the work group they are directing. Provides day-to-day direction and guidance to work
