About the Role
Erling Customer Experience Dispatcher As an Erling Customer Experience Dispatcher, you will be working in a fast pace
high call volume environment. You will receive calls and emails every day from customers large and small that need
service work performed. Our technicians have a variety of capabilities and certifications. You would need to accurately
determine what problem the customer needs to have fixed, match the right technician to the right job, optimize the
technicians travel route, record the work that has been completed, and provide our customers with a status of each call
