About the Role

Welders Temp-to-Hire Pay: $23 - $30/hr (DOE) First Shift: 6:00 a.m. - Monday thru Thursday, 10-hour day shift with

potential OT work on Fridays and Saturdays Responsibilities/Job Duties: Completes tasks as assigned by supervisor or

lead welder in a timely manner. Advanced understanding of fabrication requirements and company expectations related to

complete package assembly and explaining to others effectively. Follow instructions from supervisors for project changes

or job duties. Fabricate or prepare parts as needed by grinding, cutting, drilling, tacking, or welding. Fit-up package

parts and weld out in standard time frame. Produce clean welds with minimal grinding or buffing. Keep work area clean
