Thermoforming Operator The Thermoforming Operator supports daily plant operations by safely and efficiently operating

thermoforming equipment, mentoring fellow operators, and ensuring production, quality, and safety standards are

consistently met. Job Duties and Responsibilities: Operate one or two thermoforming machines under minimal supervision.

Adjust machine components to regulate speeds, pressures, and temperatures, dimensions, and material flow. Monitors

machine performance responds to alarms and malfunctions and perform advance troubleshooting. Conduct machine adjustments

(air pressure, vacuum, coolant flow, synchronization, etc.) to ensure proper operation. Load raw materials, remove
