About the Role
Dishwashers are responsible for washing all utensils and small wares in accordance with health regulations and
guidelines. They are also responsible for helping to maintain a clean kitchen and prep area. Could also be asked to help
the preps complete a task. RESPONSIBILITIES: Wash all utensils and small wares Helps keep kitchen clean and organized,
including the walk-in Details dish equipment daily Responsible for lifting and organizing pots and pans onto shelves
Properly sets up and breaks down the station Maintaining a professional, composed, and calm demeanor always
QUALIFICATIONS: Current Food Handler certificates Ability to carry at least 50 lbs. Basic knife safety Basic
