About the Role
Field Service Schedule Coordinator As part of a team, working to schedule on-site field visits for new installations and
service work for 45-55 field technicians on a daily and ongoing basis. Work closely with field staff team via
phone/email to provide support and ensure success. Daily data entry and upkeep of spreadsheets/databases to track field
technician metrics. Qualifications: At least one year of experience with dispatching or scheduling is strongly
preferred. Experience in customer service is strongly preferred. Some knowledge of GPS services helpful but not
required. Mastery of basic Windows computing is mandatory. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly
