Dispatcher Position We're hiring a Houston-based Dispatcher to coordinate field personnel, job orders, and day-to-day

execution for oil & gas and industrial projects. This role is the hub between the client, the field workforce, and

internal recruitingkeeping schedules tight, communication clear, and problems solved fast. If you're calm under

pressure, strong on the phone, and naturally organized, you'll do well here. Dispatch and schedule field personnel to

job sites based on skills, location, and availability. Confirm worker readiness (site requirements, PPE, reporting

instructions, travel details). Communicate job details clearly by phone/text/email and reduce no-shows/fall-offs. Handle
