About the Role
EMERGENCY CALL DISPATCHER
Responsible for the triaging of incoming emergency and non-emergency calls for service while dispatching the appropriate
units, including outside agencies. Monitors multiple radio channels, surveillance cameras, meteorological equipment, and
life safety building alarm equipment to ensure the safety and security of everyone on UKR property. Provides critical
incident information via notifications to company management.
