About the Role

Service Dispatcher Dallas Mechanical Group (DMG) is a full-service provider of commercial HVAC construction, service,

and maintenance solutions. and is one of the largest, best-respected HVAC contractors in Texas. The HVAC Dispatcher will

work directly with the Dispatch Team, the Service Administration Manager, the Service Managers, and other department

leaders to ensure the alignment of scheduling, dispatching processes, and operational goals of Dallas Mechanical Group.

This role is crucial in organizing the day-to-day scheduling operations and accurately following dispatch processes, to

ensure the overall success of the Service Department's responsibilities. The Service Dispatcher will be involved in all
