About the Role

Driver

Under the general supervision of the Department Director, Driver is responsible for driving patients to and from

Northwest Healthcare System. The Driver for Acute Care provides transportation services to the hospital from the

Free-Standing Emergency Departments as well as transporting patients who are an obstacle to throughput secondary to not

having a ride home. The Driver for Behavioral Health (BH) provides transportation to the hospital community during the

assigned shift. The Driver shall respond safely, effectively, and efficiently to all related matters that come to
