Driver Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing a team of drivers, ensuring efficient operations, safety,

compliance, and driver satisfaction. This role involves coordinating schedules, resolving issues, and maintaining

compliance with company policies and industry regulations. The Driver Manager will also manage all driver-related job

functions, including vacation and home time scheduling, employee relations, claims and truck maintenance coordination.
