About the Role
We are a loving family located in Odessa, Texas, seeking an experienced elder care provider to join us. The position is
for a full-time or part-time live-out caregiver, depending on the candidate's availability. We are looking for someone
who can offer companionship and engage our loved one in daily activities. Your role will include providing personal
care, assisting with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and accompanying to appointments or social events. The ideal
candidate should be compassionate, reliable, and have a genuine interest in enhancing the quality of life for our elder
family member. We value patience and strong communication skills. The pay is $18 per hour, and we are ready to welcome
