and adjust schedules in real time to respond to changes, emergencies, and customer needs Communicate clearly and

professionally with technicians, customers, and management throughout the day Review daily jobs to ensure correct skill

levels, parts, notes, and payment details are in place Serve as a primary point of contact for customers—answering
