nylon gear. If you spend your free time tweaking plate carriers, comparing the latest Crye, Ferro, and Spiritus setups,

and you know the difference between a real-deal rig and a clone, this is your moment. In this role, you'll start on our

production floorwhat we call "the pit." Your top priority is mastering our CO2 laser cutting systems and becoming a

go-to expert on turning raw materials into precision-crafted gear. But we're not just teaching you the machinesthis job
