About the Role
Batchmaker/ Prep - Cook 1st Shift, 5 AM - 1:30 PM Pay starting at $14.88 - $18.00 Overview: Select and weigh ingredients
following the exact instructions on recipe cards. Batch, stage, label, record, and issue ingredients used. Operates
kitchen processing equipment. What You'll Do: Move products, materials, or equipment between work areas Inspect food
products and follow (FIFO) first-in, first-out rotation of ingredients Measure and weigh ingredients Record operational
or production data Operate pumping systems Follow work orders and instructions on recipe cards Operate roasters,
choppers, and other food processing equipment Use of handheld scan gun to issue material to jobs and move inventory in
