Responsibilities Managing a team to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries. Shift: 8a-4:30p Mountain Time Key

Duties & Responsibilities A. Operational Functions: ~ Managing a dispatch team that schedules and coordinates deliveries

and pick-ups ~ Coordinating the schedule of a shipping company or a group of drivers. ~ Ensuring that data related to

deliveries and shipments of freight are entered timely into tracking software. ~ Managing customer service satisfaction

by providing updates on ETA and location of drivers. ~ Obtaining back-haul freight and dispatching OTR drivers. ~
