About the Role
Job Title Truck Driver I Job Description Performs basic (entry-level) work safely driving and operating a
tractor-trailer combo which may include (but is not limited to) the moving of specialized heavy construction equipment
involved in the maintenance and construction of County roads. The Truck Driver I works under close supervision with
limited latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment. Examples Of Work Performed Drives truck with a
capacity of more than 3 tons to transport and deliver cargo, materials, and other items to a jobsite. Maintains truck
log according to state and federal regulations. Position blocks and ties rope around items to secure cargo for
