About the Role
Janitor-Custodian The Janitor, or custodian, must be able to take care of our building and carry out cleaning, and basic
maintenance. Job Description Clean and supply designated building areas (sweeping, mopping, cleaning restroom,
organizing and other duties as required) Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects Notify management of
occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs Adjust and minor repair, paint areas as required Stock and maintain supply
room Follow all health and safety regulations, Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets Knowledge of cleaning
chemicals and supplies Job Requirements Experience: Minimum 3+ years experience working as an Industrial Maintenance
