About the Role

Lead Welder / Shop Lead Location: Houston, TX 77032 Pay Rate: $25 - 32/hr. DOE Key Responsibilities Team Supervision:

Oversee daily operations of the shop floor, assigning tasks to fitters, welders, and shop helpers. Workflow

Coordination: Manage production schedules to ensure custom screw conveyors and augers are moving through the fabrication

stages (cutting, welding, assembly, and testing) efficiently. Quality Control (QC): Perform inspections on finished

parts and assemblies against engineering blueprints and client specifications. Company is an ISO 9001 and ISO 3834
