About the Role
Job Description Facilities Maintenance Technician The Facilities Maintenance Technician will be responsible for
performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting equipment issues, and coordinating repairs as needed.
Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent required. Degree in Maintenance, Engineering, or a related field
(preferred). One (1) years of related experience Valid Drivers License, Lean / Six Sigma Yellow Belt Working
Conditions/Physical Requirements: "Perform routine maintenance tasks, including HVAC system checks, plumbing repairs,
electrical maintenance, and general building repairs. Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance
