Job Description Job Description Position Summary Atlas Survival Shelters is seeking an experienced Flux Welder to join
our fabrication team building heavy-duty underground bunkers and structural steel components. This role is responsible
for producing high-strength welds using flux-core processes to meet strict safety, durability, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities Fitter Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and fabrication plans Measure, cut, and fit
metal components to exact specifications Align structures and components using jigs, clamps, and layout tools Assist
welders by prepping materials and ensuring proper fit-up Verify dimensions and tolerances before welding begins Operate
