Forklift Operator/D Shift Shift Schedule (Crew D): Wednesday: 12:00 AM 6:15 AM Thursday: 6:00 PM 6:15 AM Friday: 6:00 PM

6:15 AM Saturday: 6:00 PM 6:15 AM Pay $19.00 Job Responsibilities Ensure trucks are loaded and unloaded accurately and

efficiently Verify all steps are completed before releasing trucks for departure Report any forklift damages or

mechanical issues immediately to team lead Operate stand-up reach forklift, pallet jack, and warehouse equipment Move

production materials and supplies using task sheets to maintain workflow Support continuous production flow by

transporting materials between storage and production areas Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels Follow
