About the Role

Job Title: Grounds Keeper/Landscaper Wage/Hour Status: Non-exempt Reports to: Director of Facilities Pay Grade: 4 Dept.

/School: Facilities Days: 247 Supervises: None Primary Purpose: To maintain safe and attractive grounds and landscaping

Qualifications: ~ Basic grounds maintenance knowledge Education/ Qualifications: Must have a high school diploma or GED

Valid Texas driver's license Special Knowledge/Skills: Ability to read and understand written instructions Ability to

communicate verbally Ability to operate tractors and/or landscaping equipment Ability to operate riding and/or power

mowers, power tools, gas and/or electric weed trimmers, blowers, edger's, sprayers, striping machines, post hole augers,
