Full Time Evening Porter

About the Role

Franklin Park Alamo Heights is looking for a Fulltime Porter. Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM with rotating

weekend on call schedule Perform routine maintenance tasks and repairs: minor plumbing, patching/painting, minor

electrical, minor HVAC Operate pressure washing equipment to clean building exteriors, sidewalks, and other surfaces.

Properly clean, maintain, and secure company-owned equipment Participate in regular safety inspections, fire drills,

emergency evacuation drills, etc. Rotating evening and weekend on-call duty: must be able to report to the community as

needed while on call. HVAC experience/training (license is a plus) Ability to communicate effectively with residents,
