Apartment Groundskeeper Full-time Property Manager Education level High School diploma or equivalent As an Apartment

Make Ready Housekeeper, your responsibility will be to complete all needed improvements to apartment homes prior to

resident move-in by following the community's make-ready checklist. Responsible for helping to maintain the entire

property in an attractive, comfortable condition. Help clean grounds and all common areas daily. Complete all duties

regarding make-ready/vacant units including cleaning of Appliances, Windows, Floors, Bathroom fixtures, Cabinets -

inside and outside, Vacuuming ,Light fixtures - inside and outside entry doors, Outlet covers, Drapery rods, Patio
