school diploma or GED, preferred Valid Texas driver's license Special Knowledge/Skills Ability to read and understand

written instructions Ability to communicate effectively Ability to operate tractor and landscaping equipment Ability to

operate riding and power mower, power tools, and hand tools Experience One year related experience and/or training with
