About the Role
Position Overview The Process Technician is responsible for setting up and operating all equipment, maintaining all
operations in a safe and efficient manner, and ensuring quality acceptable production requirements. Responsibilities
Setup and operate the injection molding machinery, tooling, and equipment. Troubleshoot the machine, process, and any
quality issues. Maintain part quality expectations and production rates. Perform light machine and mold maintenance in
the assigned area. Perform line‑clearance duties during job change. Train operators on proper machine operations. Cover
the position in the absence of an operator. Manage materials and auxiliary equipment essential for area of
