Job Description Job Description Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Cleaner to join our

team. The Cleaner will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the apartment complex’s common

areas as well as preparing vacant units for new residents. The ideal candidate takes pride in creating a welcoming,

safe, and well-kept environment for residents and visitors. Responsibilities: Clean and sanitize common areas including

leasing office, gym, laundry facility, and restrooms. Empty trash receptacles and replace liners throughout the

property. Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust surfaces as needed. Clean windows, glass doors, and other high-touch surfaces.
